Given the work I had done on the property, and the folks I worked with on other jobs, it was really refreshing to have a complete bid on such a large job at the start and to have the numbers be exactly what they were supposed to be, even months down the road. I had Roy completely revise probably 85% of the property, including irrigation work, lighting, paths, patio, a raised bed in the back (he’s used a picture of that in his print ads), stone stairs, and two arbors. All through it, piecing the work and achieving milestones, his attention to detail, precision and thinking ahead made it an enjoyable process, and the result is impressive.

I'm so glad Roy gave you our names as references as we could not be happier with the work he did for us. He and his crew spent approximately 3 months completely redoing our 1/4 acre yard. The cost estimate was exactly what we ended up paying, with the exception of a small additional project in the front yard that was added at our request. (We thought we could do a small piece and then decided against it...) We are thrilled with the work Roy did and in fact, was we were just telling some friends last night that we feel so fortunate to have found Roy.
