Alki Flower House

I found Roy and his landscape crew online years ago. What I like about working with them is that they're just good guys, I trust them. They're always fair. I'm very comfortable with them. And I don't just hire anyone. I own the Flower Houses on Alki Beach, in West Seattle. I'm very picky about who gets to be on my property.

He's done a lot of deck work for me. In January of 2017, he did the deck at my house. So everytime I go out there, you know, I think of Roy and his crew. They got it done. He's also created a lot of flower boxes. So when I look at my flower boxes that are so perfectly done with good pressure treated wood, and all the stuff, I reflect on how grateful I was to have Roy and his crew take care of it. It's not like he's putting in a pond with walls because I have small houses, they're beach houses. Those are the things he does for me and he does them well.

He never tries to sell me something that I don't really need. You know, he's that kind of guy.

I've been a realtor for 29 years. I know all kinds of people and so I know what I gravitate towards. And Dave usually has entertaining stories. So Roy and I always laugh. It's a little thing that's kind of interesting. You know, that makes them real people. Roy is good, he's wonderful. He's the only one I call.

He does great stuff. I've been working with Roy, god time is flying - eleven years. I don't go to anybody else. He's the one. I wait for Roy.
